The Brewing Process
We pride ourselves on the quality of our ales and we brew using traditional methods, to ensure that each process is carefully monitored with our personal touch!
We use only the finest selected fresh, wholeleaf hops for all of
our beers from Charles Faram & Co
Ltd. They are vacuum packed
for added freshness and are bought from the most reputable suppliers.
We use: Goldings, Fuggles, Styrian Goldings, Cascade, Willamette,
Cluster and Bramley Cross. We use the best pale Maris Otter malt
as well as Wheat Malt, Chocolate, Burnt and Crystal to give us a
good quality mash, all sourced from Thomas
Fawcett & Sons.
All our water used for the brewing process is treated to give the best PH balance.
